Alaina has a deep understanding of root cause issues and is committed to justice that centers people with lived experiences. She is both a skilled grant-writer and a proactive coordinator for grant/fundraising projects. She sets appropriate goals and timeframes, stays connected, and provides the gentle nudges that are sometimes necessary to bring things to activation. I happily recommend Alaina for your grant-writing/fundraising needs!
